So, at 52 years old, it has been suggested I may have ADHD! Imagine my surprise or was it horror or relief? I’ve yet to decide.

I thought it may  good for me to document the process, progress and feelings that I am bound to experience, as well as share the events leading to this point.

Regular posts will commence shortly, once I have decided how to go about it. Any suggestions welcome.
